Agentic coders, wanted.

We’re hiring engineers who already live inside the loop — people who run autonomous coding agents in detached sessions, ship work while they sleep, and treat their VPS like a second pair of hands.

Remote Contract → full-time Async-first Hourly or per-task

Who we want

  • You’ve used Claude Code, Codex, or comparable agentic CLIs as your primary way of shipping — not as a novelty.
  • You’re comfortable in tmux / screen, and you’ve built workflows where agents run unattended on a remote box.
  • You’ve configured a Linux VPS yourself: SSH keys, firewall, persistent sessions, log piping, the boring parts.
  • You can describe an “agent loop” without hand-waving — tool calls, context windows, when to compact, when to hand back to the human.
  • You write code review-ready prompts and review-ready code.

What you’ll do

  • Drive multiple agent sessions in parallel against real production tasks.
  • Build internal tooling that makes our agents faster, safer, and cheaper.
  • Document your setups so the rest of the team can clone them.
